Thanks!   General Contractors - McCune Works Licensee Must have a minimum of 5 years as a Licensed General Contractor, be in good standing with your state or municipal licensing board, carry proper insurance and attend training seminar. Plumbing Contractors - McCune Works Licensee Must have a minimum of 5 years as a Licensed Plumbing Contractor, be in good standing with your state or municipal licensing board, carry proper insurance and attend training seminar. Electrical Contractors - McCune Works Licensee Must have a minimum of 5 years as a Licensed Electrical Contractor, be in good standing with your state or municipal licensing board, carry proper insurance and attend training seminar. Note: If in your area, licensing is not required to perform contracting, we will look at other ways to evaluate competence in your trade.   Real Estate Professionals and Developers - McCune Works Licensee Must be Licensed, be in good standing with your state or municipal licensing board, carry proper insurance and attend training seminar.   Architects and Engineers - McCune Works Licensee We welcome strategic alliances with Architects and Engineers.
